What you’d own
- The roster on wonetalent.com: who is on it, and whether they stay
- Recruitment, onboarding and the briefs creators work from
- The commercial terms, and whether both sides think they are fair
- Creator output quality, in partnership with the Content Lead
- The relationship itself, which is the part that cannot be automated
What you bring
- Experience running creator, affiliate or influencer programmes
- The ability to talk to creators like people rather than inventory
- Comfort negotiating money without making it awkward
- Knowledge of the Malaysian and wider Southeast Asian creator scene is a strong advantage
