These terms govern your use of this website and the systems Wone Commerce (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates to publish to our own brand accounts on third-party platforms. Questions any time: hello@wonecommerce.com.

What this website is

This is a positioning and hiring site. It has no user accounts, no checkout, and nothing you can upload or publish. You may read it, contact us through the contact form, and apply through the careers page. Please do not use it to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or to scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.

Information you send us

You keep whatever you send us. You confirm you are entitled to send it and that it is accurate. We use it only to reply to you or to consider your application, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Wone’s own systems and third-party platforms

We operate internal systems that schedule and publish content to social accounts we own or are authorised to manage, including accounts belonging to the brands in our portfolio. These systems are not offered to the public, have no external users, and cannot post on anyone else’s behalf.

Where those systems interact with third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) and TikTok, they do so only through each platform’s official API, under the credentials of the account owner, and subject to that platform’s own terms and developer policies. We publish content we created or hold the rights to publish. Your own use of those platforms is governed by their terms, not ours.

Our content

The words, design, brand names and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may quote or link to the site with attribution. Please do not copy it wholesale, or use our brand names or marks in a way that implies a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

Availability and liability

This site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be available, current or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. Nothing here is professional advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
