Wone Social — Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Wone Social, an internal social-media management application operated by Wone Commerce(“we”, “us”).

1. The service

Wone Social lets authorized Wone Commerce team members schedule and publish content to our own brand social media accounts and review their performance.

2. Authorized use

Wone Social is for internal use by authorized Wone Commerce personnel only. It is not offered to the public. Access requires an account we create and authorize.

3. Acceptable use

Users agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access accounts they are not authorized to manage, interfering with the service, or using it to violate any platform’s policies or applicable law.

4. Platform compliance

Use of Wone Social to interact with third-party platforms (Meta/Facebook/Instagram; TikTok) is subject to those platforms’ terms and policies.

5. Intellectual property

All content published through Wone Social remains the property of Wone Commerce and its brands.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wone Commerce is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
