This Privacy Policy explains how Wone Commerce(“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with Wone Social, our internal social-media management application used to schedule and publish content to our own brand social media accounts.

Who this covers

Wone Social is used only by authorized Wone Commerce team members to manage our own brand accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. We do not offer Wone Social to the public, and we do not connect or manage accounts we do not own or are not authorized to operate.

Information we access

When an authorized team member connects one of our brand accounts, Wone Social receives an access token from the relevant platform (Meta / Instagram / Facebook; TikTok) and may access, for those connected accounts only:

Storage and security

Access tokens and content are stored on our own self-hosted infrastructure, with access restricted to authorized team members. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Data retention and deletion

We retain access tokens only while an account is connected; when an account is disconnected, the associated token is removed. You can request deletion of related data at any time — see our Data Deletion page.

Third-party platforms

Wone Social interacts with third-party platforms (Meta/Facebook/Instagram; TikTok) through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
