• Three or more years designing for consumer brands or in an agency
• Strong fundamentals in type, hierarchy, layout and colour
• Figma and Adobe, plus a sense of how print and packaging actually get made
• Speed that does not cost the detail

• Packaging design across the portfolio, from concept to production-ready artwork
• Systems that hold across SKUs, variants and product line extensions
• Dielines, mechanicals and print files that a manufacturer can use without a phone call
• How a pack reads on a marketplace thumbnail, on a shelf, and in an unboxing
• Working directly with suppliers and printers to keep the design intact through production

What you bring

• Around five years in packaging, brand or product design
• A portfolio of packaging that actually went to market
• Real fluency with dielines, print methods, materials and finishes
• Ideally beauty, wellness, food or another fast-moving consumer category

What you'd own

• Storefront and landing page design across the brand stores and the media sites
• Flows, wireframes and production-ready UI, mobile first because the traffic is
• The component systems that keep four storefronts consistent without flattening them
• Working with the engineers so the built page matches the designed one
• Reading what the numbers say about a page and redesigning on that evidence

What you bring

• Two or more years designing websites or digital products
• Ecommerce or conversion-led work in the portfolio
• Figma to a high standard, including interactive prototypes
• Shopify familiarity is a real advantage, as is any A/B testing background

What you'd own

• Motion across paid social, organic video, storefront and product launches
• The motion language for each brand, so animation reads as brand rather than effect
• Templates and systems that let the volume keep up without every piece being bespoke
• Pairing hand-crafted motion with AI-generated footage so the join does not show

What you bring

• Two or more years in motion design, ideally for short-form social
• After Effects to a strong standard, plus whatever else you reach for
• An eye for timing and weight, not just keyframes that technically work
• 3D or AI video tooling is a bonus, not a requirement

What you'd own

• Your own brand system concepts, pitched properly and taken seriously
• Support across identity, packaging, storefront and campaign work
• Production tasks: file prep, artwork adjustments, asset delivery, done carefully

What you bring

• A multidisciplinary portfolio, including student and self-directed work
• The ability to build a brand system from nothing, and to draw letterforms
• Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• An appetite for feedback and the iteration that follows it

What you'd own

• A named lane, for example a platform, a brand, or a format, and its results
• Concept, production and publishing inside that lane
• The AI tools that give your lane its volume, and the taste that keeps it watchable
• What the numbers say about your lane, and what you change because of them

What you bring

• Content you have made yourself that people actually watched
• Fluency in at least one platform's native grammar, deeply rather than broadly
• Comfort being on camera or directing someone who is
• Self-direction, because nobody here will hand you a shot list

What you'd own

• Editing across paid social, organic and storefront video for every brand
• The edit system: templates, presets, project structure, asset organisation
• The quality bar on pacing, sound, captions and the first two seconds
• Assembling AI-generated footage into cuts that hold a person's attention

What you bring

• Two or more years editing short-form video that performed
• Premiere or Resolve or Final Cut, whichever you are fastest in
• Instinct for rhythm and where a cut should land
• The discipline to work inside a system rather than reinventing per video

What you'd own

• In-house production: the studio, the kit, and how a shoot day actually runs
• Product and lifestyle stills, and whether they are good enough to sell on
• Video capture for campaigns, launches and always-on content
• The proof-imagery standard on product pages and in ads

What you bring

• Two or more years shooting product, beauty or lifestyle
• Real lighting ability, especially for small products in a small space
• Your own hands on the camera, the grade and the retouch
• Enough planning ability to shoot a week of content in a day

What you'd own

• Delivery across brand identity, campaign, packaging and web projects at once
• Timelines and milestones, and the deliverables landing on both
• Budgets, hours and scope, with the risks raised before they become fires
• External partners: freelancers, studios, vendors, developers, production specialists
• QA and launch coordination on web work, through to go-live
• The documentation and the practices that make the next project run better

What you bring

• Three or more years producing or project-managing creative work
• Lived experience of creative workflow, with several projects running at once
• Fluency with scopes and budgets, and no hesitation about raising either
• A network you can call when something needs making this week
• Enough taste to know when protecting the schedule would cost the work

What you'd own

• The roster on wonetalent.com: who is on it, and whether they stay
• Recruitment, onboarding and the briefs creators work from
• The commercial terms, and whether both sides think they are fair
• Creator output quality, in partnership with the Content Lead
• The relationship itself, which is the part that cannot be automated

What you bring

• Experience running creator, affiliate or influencer programmes
• The ability to talk to creators like people rather than inventory
• Comfort negotiating money without making it awkward
• Knowledge of the Malaysian and wider Southeast Asian creator scene is a strong advantage

What you'd own

• Presence across the brands' own social accounts
• Native voice per platform, because they do not sound the same
• Replies, DMs and comments, which is where the brand is actually judged
• The community: who shows up, who comes back, and why
• What the engagement data says, and what you change the next week

What you bring

• Experience running brand accounts people actually engaged with
• A feel for platform culture that reads as native rather than researched
• Fast, funny writing in the reply box
• Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Cantonese alongside English is a strong advantage
