Build the brands with us.

Wone pairs a person's taste and creativity with AI that does the volume. These are employee seats that own an outcome, not gig work. Freelance or creator? Apply on Wone Talent.

15 open seats

Creative direction

3 seats

Content Lead / Head of ContentYou own the taste, the calendar and the standard for everything the portfolio publishes. The AI stack and the creator roster both work to your bar.
Design DirectorYou own how the brands look. Identity from the first idea, campaigns from concept to finished cut, and the standard everyone else works to.
Creative StrategistYou decide what the portfolio makes next, and why. You read what audiences respond to and what the last round taught us, then turn it into briefs the creators and the AI stack can make.

Design

5 seats

Brand DesignerYou build the identity systems, then you make the work that lives inside them: product pages, ad creative, packaging artwork, launch assets.
Packaging DesignerYou design what the customer actually holds, from the first concept through dielines to the file the factory prints.
Web DesignerYou design the storefronts and media sites people buy from. Conversion is part of the craft here, not a separate job someone else does after.
Motion / Animation DesignerYou make the brands move: hooks, transitions, product motion, and the animated work the AI stack still cannot get right on its own.
Brand Design ResidentA paid residency for a designer early on. Real work on brands that are actually trading, with a lead designer over your shoulder, and a route to a permanent seat if it goes well.

Content & production

4 seats

Brand Content SpecialistYou own a content lane end to end for one or more brands, from the idea to the thing that publishes. Not brief by brief.
Video EditorYou own the edit: the output, the standard, and the system that lets the volume keep up without the quality falling over.
Videographer / PhotographerYou shoot the product and the people. Studio stills for product pages and ads, and the footage everything else gets built from.
Creative ProducerYou make things ship. Timelines, budgets, outside partners, and the coordination across brand, campaign and web work.

Distribution & relationships

3 seats

Creator Partnerships ManagerYou recruit, brief and keep the creator roster working. You are the human the talent side actually talks to.
Social Media / Community ManagerYou own the owned accounts: what gets posted, how it sounds in the replies, and the community that forms around it.
Klaviyo SpecialistYou own email and SMS for the brands in Klaviyo, end to end: the idea, the copy, the design direction, the build, the send, and what it earned.
