Wone Social — Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete data associated with Wone Social, operated by Wone Commerce.

What data we hold

For each connected brand account, Wone Social stores an access token and related content/scheduling data on our own infrastructure. Wone Social manages only our own brand accounts and does not store personal data of those accounts’ followers beyond the aggregate insights the platforms provide.

How to delete the data

Because Wone Social manages accounts we own, deletion is handled by us:

  1. Disconnect the account in Wone Social — this removes the stored access token for that account.
  2. Revoke access from the platform side— e.g. in Meta: Business Settings → Business Integrations → remove “Wone Social”; in TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions.
  3. Request full deletion — email hello@wonecommerce.comwith the subject “Wone Social data deletion”. We will delete the associated tokens and data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
